Instructions to Prepare for Your Call

Please read the following instructions and complete the form below before your call:

  1. First and foremost, please make sure you are confident that you are indeed a Highly Sensitive Person. If you are not an HSP, our conversation won't be relevant to you. The HSP trait shows up uniquely in all of us, but generally speaking, you are an HSP if the following description more or less describes you:
    • You find that too much sensory input overwhelming (bright lights, loud sounds, strong smells, crowded spaces, etc.)
    • You find your brain is "always on" or that you think long and hard about things in your life
    • You tend to perform tasks worse when being watched or observed
    • You seem to notice little things in your surrounding environment that others tend to miss
    • You pay close attention to other people's facial expressions, tone of voice, body language, emotions, etc.
    • You have sensitivities related to caffeine, alcohol, certain foods, chemicals, drugs, or medications
    • Being rushed, having plans suddenly change, or being forced to multitask makes you feel frazzled or stresses you out
    • You take time to carefully weigh decisions and process information
  2. Make sure that the environment you choose to be in for the entire duration of your call is quiet, private, and without distractions. Do your best to set this up, and notify others in the household beforehand that you need this time for yourself.
  3. Bring a notepad and a pen to jot down notes. This can be very useful for you to be able to write down ideas or details about suggestions or solutions that I give you on our call, or simply anything you want to make sure you remember.
  4. Come to the call prepared to discuss your current situation and struggles, and what your specific goals are for yourself / your health and happiness. The purpose of this call is for me to be able to get a sense of where you are currently at, and where you want to go, so that I can best direct you to the best solution, or the right next step for you on your journey from a survival state to a thriving state. The more specific you can be, the easier it will be for me to understand and direct you to exactly what you need.
  5. Plan to be at a computer during our call. Having access to a web browser and/or your email inbox can greatly aid our conversation. I will likely share various website links with you to view and have as a reference while we chat. If this is not possible, a tablet or smartphone can do the trick, but it's just much nicer with a larger screen.
  6. Please also come to the call already knowing what your budget is for investing in a solution, so that I can more effectively match you with the option that best suits your situation. You are not obligated to make a purchase by participating in this call, however, this consultation is my gift to those HSPs out there who are deeply desiring to improve their lives, to help match them to the right route for moving forward with their goals -- whether that is working with me, working with someone else I can suggest, enrolling in a course of mine, buying a helpful book, etc. If you are only looking for free content on how to thrive, you can become a subscriber to my Youtube channel where I give out oodles of free guidance, or subscribe to the various HSP blogs out there. If you are certain you are NOT interested at this time in any paid resources, big or small, or are hoping to receive free coaching, please cancel your call and allow that space to remain open for someone else ready to take the reins on their situation and make moves towards their dream life.
